Linda is an organizational behavior expert and her unique background includes areas as diverse as the criminal justice system, site security, service industry, military, health care, construction and an eight-year post-secondary education career during which she developed and taught courses in Human Resource Management, Business and Criminal Law, and Communications.
She holds a BA from Laurentian University with majors in both Psychology and Law & Justice, as well as certificates in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University and in Business Administration from Red River College. Designated as a Certified Health and Safety Consultant by The Canadian Society of Safety Engineers, she knows how to help your company get to where you need it to be in terms of health and safety. She is a life-long learner, designated as a Certified Health and Safety Consultant by The Canadian Society of Safety Engineers, and she’s currently working towards her designation as a Certified Training and Development Professional through the Canadian Society for Training and Development.

Dez brings over 4 years of knowledge and experience in the Health and Safety industry to the Linda Magill group. He has completed Ryerson University certification for Occupational Health and Safety.
Dez has learned and developed the skills necessary to assist you with all of your health and safety needs working hard to develop a personal relationship with clients. Dez is able to understand what your specific health and safety risks are, then build a customized action plan that will help you move from where you are now, to where you need to be.

Adam Lodzinski holds a Ph.D. in applied social psychology and is seasoned management consultant, trainer and professor at the Adler Graduate Professional School, well-known for its executive coaching program, among others. His areas of expertise include: strategic career transitioning and development, the psychology of advertising and persuasion, effective leadership communication, creative and critical thinking, organizational development and conflict resolution.
